This is the ultimate outdoor cooking competition with 13 available turn-ins over the 5 days of the competition making it one of America's largest and most diverse outdoor cooking competitions!
Currently, we are only taking registrations for a desire to compete. Currently, all entertainment is banned, and sporting events with an audience are banned. Retail events are allowed (with restrictions) and as typically the majority of teams vend or promote sponsors this is the path we are following (For more specific understanding on these please see the official rules and updates here: https://www.governor.wa.gov/issues/issues/covid-19-resources/covid-19-reopening-guidance-businesses-and-workers).
There are a number of steps that are unique due to Covid-19
Step 1 - November 20th - Proposed team list, and submitted to the government agencies and similar for approval
Step 2 - December 12th - (best guess of timeframe) on approval; finalize the event incorporating any additional findings, requirements, or similar. Reach out to teams to get payment and secure their spot.
Step 3 - January 2nd - Final Team guidelines issued and the program set, including sanctioning confirmations and prize money.

FoodSport Consulting can only confirm positions for non-sanctioning body run entities (~60% of categories). Names will be forwarded to the relative sanctioning bodies on confirmation of sanctioning we but have no input in their judge selections.

|12:00 PM - 8:00 PM||Dutch Oven Competition Dutch Oven's are put to the test with this 3 pot competition of mains, bread, and dessert.|
|10:00 AM - 8:00 PM||Smoking Competition This is when the big toys come out to play with the international four categories of chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder, and brisket.|
