16+ team compete in front of ~30,000 | Located rurally this sportsman’s show competition will showcase 13 competition entries over 4 days. Hosted on grass, it will be true outdoor cooking.

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Whole Animal Competition Doesn't matter if it is a hog, or a duck, as long as it is one animal! Presentation is everything as it is presented to guest judges for a live stage critique!
March 13
12:00 PM - 8:01 PM Grilling Competition Grill masters show their stuff as they compete in three categories of steak, salmon, and burger. Judging is carried out by certified SCA judges.
March 14
10:00 AM - 8:00 PM IDOS Dutch Oven Dutch Oven's are put to the test with this 3 pot competition of mains, bread, and dessert.
March 15
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM PNWBA Barbecue Competition This is when the big toys come out to play with the international four of chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder and brisket. PNWBA certified judges will be there to judge the entries.
