FoodSport Consulting became a reality when founder, Saffron Hodgson, realized that her hobby of attending and running FoodSport events had grown to become a significant component of her life.
Spinning these competitive cooking-related activities off from her other business ventures created FoodSport Consulting.
Now with multiple reoccurring events that in 2020 will be in front of over half a million spectators, FoodSport Consulting has become the premium competitive cooking coordinator in the Pacific Northwest with other events emerging across America.

FoodSport Consulting works with multiple sanctioning bodies as well as its own judging methodology for those events that are looking to incorporate something a little different.
Events include live stage judging to traditional barbecue and steak sanctioned events. Traditional meats to unique ingredients, and whole animals.
